Personal evaluation and service plan developed by our Care Coordinator.
24/7 Staff On-Site
Every minute of every hour of every day, we have staff in our building ready to assist you. Nurse on-site/24-hours on-call.

All-Inclusive Costs
All utilities including basic cable are included, so there’s only ever one bill to remember. Total cost depends on personalized care level / plan and select apartment.

Weekly Doctor Visits
Stay on top of your health by meeting with our in-house physician weekly.
Diabetes Management
Diabetic monitoring and administration of insulin injections.

Apartment Options
Just a Right Size
Forest View is located in a serene, wooded area and a 24-hour secured facility. Our residents and their families prefer our facility due to its natural surroundings, simple layout and “just a right size” to make it a second home.
We offer several options for each resident with a goal to make them feel welcome, comfortable, safe, and at home. Deluxe and Premium apartments can be configured with single or double occupancy.
Many upgrades and renovation projects are underway to keep our facility modern and fresh.
Studio:
- 212 Square Feet
- Our most essential accommodations.
Deluxe Studio:
- 303 Square Feet
- A bit more space to enjoy!
Premium Studio:
- 350 Square Feet
- Our largest room. Suitable for single or double occupancy.
All rooms include the following:
- Twin bed, nightstand, dresser, chair, towels, and bed linens (resident may provide own)
- Individual heating and cooling units in each studio
- Large closet for storage
- Private bathroom with stand-up shower
- All utilities including basic cable are included (phone is available, if you choose)
- Daily light housekeeping and a weekly deep clean
- Weekly laundry and linen services
- Safety pull cords in bathroom and at bedside
